Technicians with Skill Sets in the areas of Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Electrical, Masonry and Painting

Minimum 3-5 Years experience in UAE with maintenance companies. Candidates with driving license would be preferred.

• Execute assigned jobs in customer properties
• Complete service reports
• Operate necessary tools and equipment to execute the job
• Should be customer friendly
• Should be able to identify and resolve problems
• Knowledge of English both written and spoken is mandatory

Job Description

• Train, Guide and Supervise the work of Technicians – Electricians, Plumbers and AC Technician
• Ensure jobs are completed to quality and customer satisfaction
• Inspect work and confirm compliance with Health, Safety and Environment norms
• Advice Customer Support Executives on technical areas so that they can respond to Customer.
• Estimate time and material for Projects. Support Customer Support Executives in preparing quotations
